Zomba Council District Sports Officer, Sophie Mzunga, has called on council staff and people from other sectors to actively participate in aerobics, saying it ensures physically fit and stress-free human staff.
Mzunga made the call on Friday at the Zomba Gymkhana Club where the Zomba District Council organized aerobics sessions for council staff and officials from other sectors to ensure the physical fitness of human staff.
