Societies around the world are looking for natural solutions to problems of poor mental health, emotions, physical and spiritual well-being – resulting from stress caused by socio-economic and political issues.

One of the practical tools most often used to overcome some of these challenges, besides religion, is the practice of yoga, especially in the developed world, especially among Asians, Americans and Europeans.

Yoga is a form of exercise believed to control the mind and relieve stress and other physical ailments through the discipline of well-composed meditation, a special breathing technique, and a sitting posture for certain durations.

This type of exercise ends with relaxation, comfort and relief since the practitioner completes a section by lying on a mat.

Yoga embraces tall women

She was of the opinion that “Yoga improved children’s strength, coordination and flexibility, while encouraging body awareness and self-esteem. It reduces the anxiety and stress of the child, while increasing the feeling of calm ”.

“There are so many different types of yoga practice under the word (yoga), therefore, not all yoga practices require chanting or meditation, you choose what you feel is appropriate for your beliefs. .

I think meditation is not a bad thing depending on the individual.

Yoga is no exception to men

The certified yoga instructor said yoga is a healthy lifestyle that should be enjoyed by everyone, adding that anyone can adopt the fitness.

For those interested in learning yoga, Korpha said, “Forget about the fancy poses you see online that scare you. There are so many ways to practice yoga and benefit from it. Everyone needs yoga; you need it because not all illnesses require medication, there are some that just need you to relax and take a few deep breaths.
