Viral video: French astronaut shares his training routine aboard the ISS and sets fitness goals

Sharing the reel on Instagram, Pesquet wrote the caption in French “Strengthening muscle from space”, which means “Building muscle from space”.

The video was posted on Saturday and garnered over 1 million views, followed by 134,000 likes and 972 comments. “Stay strong,” one user wrote, while another commented, “Respect Thomas”. Others praised Pesquet’s dedication to doing workouts in space.

A few weeks ago, Pesquet shared another video on Instagram showing a group of six astronauts enjoying a “floating pizza” at the International Space Station (ISS). The video also showed them putting the ingredients together and making the pizza as it floated in the air!

Not only that, Pesquet regularly shares tweets from the space station giving his supporters a glimpse into the lives of astronauts staying aboard the ISS.
