A strong mom. Ashley Tisdale said his new workout routine was doing wonders not only for his body, but also for his mind.
The Musical High School alum, 36, credited trainer Harley pasternak helping her feel comfortable with her body after giving birth to her 8 month old daughter Jupiter.
“This is the first time I’ve felt comfortable in a cozy T-shirt since I’ve been pregnant,” Tisdale explained via Instagram Story on Tuesday, November 2.
The founder of Frenshe, who shares Jupiter with her husband Christophe French, explained that her body has “changed a lot” since moving, but she’s not doing anything too intense.
“Honestly, it’s about taking your steps,” Tisdale explained. “His method is not difficult and my body does not feel like it has tortured him. I can’t believe what my body has been through in the past year and a half. I’m so grateful for this and honestly can’t believe how strong I feel. “
The Happy Happy Anyway The star admitted it wasn’t exactly a hidden secret she was revealing, but was surprised to see how much it helped her physical and mental health. “I’m just walking lol but it’s effective,” she added.
She continued, “I’m only sharing this because after months of hard work and trying everything, these little changes over the past three weeks are what made the most of it.”
The new mom previously believed that yoga and pilates helped her body heal from diastasis recti, which is the separation of the left and right sides of the musical abdomen. This leads to what some people call a “pooch”.
“It was not easy, but by doing the right training, I was able to close the gap! she shared via Instagram in August.
While this type of fitness worked for her core muscles, “He Said” singer She Said revealed that it was her 14,000 steps a day that really helped her stay happy.
“It’s the difference between how I feel. It’s about moving, finding ways to walk. Take the dogs out with the baby for a walk, take meetings by walking rather than sitting down, ”she explained.
She pointed out that the benefits aren’t just about losing baby weight and adjusting to old clothes.
“This is honestly what has also helped my sanity,” she added. “Having the extra energy from anxiety, just walking and doing walking meditation always makes me feel better. “
Tisdale’s candid revelations included a medical history, noting that it’s what’s best for her body for a reason. She has “borderline thyroid disease” and high impact workouts are not the best for her body. Low-impact activities like walking and eliminating gluten and dairy products help her feel better.
