CAVERSHAM Health Club opened at the end of July after a complete refurbishment of the former adult learning center opposite the Waitrose car park.
The new local health club offers a host of offerings including classes, a members lounge with complimentary refreshments, three uniquely designed studios, a state-of-the-art gym with the latest Technogym equipment, sauna, Wi-Fi -Free Fi and free private parking.
It is owned and operated by Isaac Smith Tibby and Sophie Melton, who are both Caversham residents and bring a wealth of combined experience between them.
For 20 years they have been known and trusted in the Caversham area for their health and fitness expertise and services.
After operating their first private studio just down the road from the center of Caversham, the lockdown presented them with a new challenge and an opportunity to convert the very tired building into an independent, boutique and upscale health club. They offer an extensive program including spin, pilates, yoga, zumba, barre, lift, boxing, circuits, weight training and many more. All members also benefit from a full gym induction, a comprehensive fitness assessment including a bespoke report, and a personalized gym program – which you can refresh every two months. It’s the perfect package as we head into the new year.
Not only does their facility provide a bespoke health and fitness experience for everyone, but it has also created a beautiful space for members to socialize and relax.
For a full club tour, simply drop by to say hello and you will be welcomed and shown around the truly amazing transformation of this former school building dating back to the mid 1800s in the heart of Caversham.
Join them at Caversham’s late-night shopping event on Friday 3rd December, 5-9.30pm, for mulled wine, Prosecco and mince pies with vouchers, merchandise and special December membership offers available.
