SIOUX CITY (KTIV) – As restrictions begin to be lifted, many businesses prepare to reopen, including gyms and other facilities.

The Four Seasons Health Club will reopen on Monday, June 1.

The doors to the Four Seasons Health Club will reopen at 4:00 a.m. on Monday, but several security measures will be in place.

Many cardio machines, benches, and other equipment have been turned off, turned off, or removed to provide physical distancing.

They have added several sanitizing stations and the cleaning staff will also clean the equipment with commercial grade sanitizer. Many other areas of the facility will also have limitations and restrictions for safety.

Sales and Marketing Director Tim Clark said they have decided to take a cautious and measured phased approach to the reopening to better protect all of their members.

“We owe it to our members, you know we have a lot of members who belong to groups at risk because of their age for example, so we have to be very mindful of all these different people,” said Clark.

Four Seasons is currently developing an app that will allow people to enjoy home workouts and allow 24-hour contactless entry.

The health club’s aquatic area will be delayed for an additional two weeks.
