Rockettes signs marketing, medical agreement with health care provider


After opening an office in New York, Rothman Orthopedic signed a marketing partnership with the Rockettes.

A Philadelphia-based orthopedics firm that recently opened offices in New York is trying to get a head start on the competition – thanks to a sponsorship deal with the Rockettes of the Madison Square Garden Company.

The Rothman Orthopedic Institute, one of the largest orthopedic practices in the country, has signed a partnership agreement with the Christmas Spectacular and the Rockettes.

As part of this partnership, Rothman will be the Official Orthopedic Partner and Provider of the Christmas Show, presented by Chase, and the presenting sponsor of the Rockettes Summer Intensive Dance Education Program.

Jessica Tuttle, senior vice president of production business operations for the Madison Square Garden Company, said the Rockettes perform up to five shows a day during the holiday season, so “maintaining their peak physical condition is essential.”

“Through this partnership, the Rockettes will now have access to Rothman’s renowned orthopedic expertise and services during the Christmas Show as well as our Rockettes summer intensive dance education program,” she said. declared.

Rothman’s doctor of sports medicine, Dr Melody Hrubes, will act as the Rockettes’ new medical director, overseeing the general health and orthopedic care of the dance company.

Events featuring the Rockettes will take place in local communities where Rothman’s offices are located. Rothman will also be incorporated into the Christmas Spectacular production as one of the billboards featured in the “New York at Christmas” scene.

Rothman expanded to New York in 2018 and will begin treating patients in early 2020 in its fifth New York office. Rothman also opened an office in Bergen County, New Jersey, in 2018, and plans to open its third New Jersey site in Paramus in early 2020.
