A performing arts teacher is launching a new fitness class for children at a health club in Maldon.
Sarah Shepherd, from Maldon, prepares to go home with her new theatrical fitness classes.
The mom-of-two hopes to improve children’s health and happiness with her engaging workout classes for preschoolers, infants, juniors and seniors at Park Drive Health Club.
A free trial session will take place on Sunday, September 11, and classes will be held in six weekly half-session blocks.
Sarah, who has 22 years of experience, said: ‘As a mum of two, I am passionate about motivating our children to get up and engage in regular physical activity, never more than since the pandemic.

“The benefits to their physical and mental health are undeniable.
“Thrive At Park Drive is the culmination of all my experience as a teacher and parent.
“Family life is so hectic and the juggling is real. I really hope Thrive at Park Drive is the highlight of everyone’s week.
“I have such fond memories of Sunday visits to Park Drive when I was a kid with my family.
“It means so much to me to be back here creating these wholesome experiences for a new generation.”
