Fans are always eager to learn and follow celebrity fitness routines, especially if it’s their favorite actor showing them how to get in shape. During the pandemic, the focus was on home fitness, with many celebrities and fitness enthusiasts showing us ways to stay in shape even without the gym paraphernalia.
Ileana D’Cruz is one of those who has always taken training seriously. In her Instagram Stories, she shared two selfies, flaunting her sweaty and beaming face, apparently after working out at home. But, the actor painted an honest picture of his fitness progress, telling his followers, “… it doesn’t get any easier, you just get stronger.”
She may have touched on the fact that any type of physical activity, whether it’s high intensity workouts or yoga, can be difficult and to work you need to be consistent.
Ileana also shared another selfie – again of her tired but satisfied face – writing, “The face of someone who isn’t stronger but still does. (Sic)”
The actor was seen in his sportswear, which included sweatpants and a black sports bra. With the holiday season, it is natural for people to meet their friends and family and indulge in diets that they don’t normally eat like high calorie foods, desserts, drinks, etc.
While occasional binge eating is okay, one needs to make sure that they stay on track with their fitness routine, in order to avoid health problems.
Actors are like us, it takes effort to get the body type you want, and that takes discipline. Kudos to Ileana for keeping it real on social media.
