• Greet and welcome all guests.
• Ensure that all health club patrons are able to use all equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure that all guests are informed of the various health club facilities offered.
• Assist in the sale of memberships. • Help maintain a safe hygienic environment.
• Assist in the development of members’ lifestyle program and initiation into the gym.
• Comply and submit daily and monthly revenue analysis to Front Office Manager
• Oversee the daily operation of all health club employees, facilities, sales and costs.
• Develop a budget and objectives for the department and ensure that costs are strictly controlled.
• Develop and implement the department’s marketing and promotional plans.
• Ensure optimal service, treatment, customer satisfaction, merchandise and marketing.
• Supervise and assist the Training Coordinator in training health club staff.
• Perform administrative tasks such as attendance records, duty rosters, sales records and membership records.
What we need from you
• You must have at least 2 years of similar or relative experience in a 5 star hotel.
• Excellent English communication skills and good knowledge of hotel systems
• Flexible in rotating shift work.
• Team player who can supervise a small team.
• Physically fit and healthy.
• Attentive and positive attitude towards customers.
• A genuine interest in helping clients overcome physical issues.
• Extensive knowledge and experience of physical training.
• High school diploma/diploma/diploma in a related field.
