Anytime Fitness has signed a 15-year contract for 14,000 square feet of space on the ground floor of the Grade II listed office building.

The space will be dedicated to cardio and strength training equipment, functional training areas and a studio for group exercise classes, as well as private bathrooms. The club will also host a series of nutrition seminars, mental health workshops and an on-site athletic therapist.

A development is currently underway to transform what was previously the building’s former restaurant and allow the global fitness brand to open later this year.

“The agreement with Anytime Fitness provides for a change of use for the ground floor of Lynch Wood Park and demonstrates the flexibility and appeal this building offers to potential tenants.

“With over 2,000 employees already enjoying the picturesque setting and striking interiors of the building, we are sure the addition of the gym will be popular with our tenants. There is a tremendous community spirit at Lynch Wood Park and the new facilities complement our strategy to foster this while encouraging work-life balance.”

Jaspal Singh, owner of Anytime Fitness in Lynch Wood Park, added: “I really look forward to putting community at the heart of our proposition at Lynch Wood Park and creating a welcoming environment that clearly reflects what is seen in the businesses and employees based on the estate.”
