Rodgers accepted that he is not vaccinated
This news comes just a day after Rodgers confirmed on The Pat McAfee Show that he was not vaccinated.
“I realize I’m in the crosshairs of the woke crowd right now,” Rodgers said. “So before my final nail is put in my cancel culture coffin, I think I’d like to set the record straight on so many blatant lies that have been circulating about me.”
The Packers quarterback blamed the media. In his view, reporters were “on a witch hunt” to identify vaccinated players and remember the press conference where he said he was “immune”.
Rodgers said that if a reporter had asked a follow-up question, he would have explained that he was “not an anti-vax flat earther, (but he is a) critical thinker.”
The quarterback also sought advice from Joe Rogan on Covid-19 treatment.
“I’m going to have the best possible immunity now based on the Israeli study of 2.5 million people that people who get Covid and recover have the most robust immunity,” Rodgers said.
“I’m grateful for people like Joe stepping in and using his voice. I’m grateful for my medical team and I’m grateful for all the love and support I’ve had, but I took monoclonal antibodies, ivermectin, zinc, vitamin C and DHCQ and I feel pretty amazing.”, all three timesNFL MVP added.
