Chris Hemsworth subjects his body to hard training to “make demons sweat”

In addition to being a versatile actor, Chris Hemsworth is without a doubt one of the fittest people we know. Thor’s multiple body transformations only show the amount of discipline and work ethic he adheres to. Last weekend, however, was a little different. Hemsworth had a fun weekend and added an extra workout to his routine to get rid of boredom.

In a recent Instagram video, Chris Hemsworth admitted he woke up unmotivated and a little dusty after a few celebratory drinks over the weekend. So Thor took it upon himself to regain his motivation and put himself through arduous training to make the demons sweat. Hemsworth started the video by saying:

“I woke up this morning. Motivation levels are at their lowest. Feeling very flat, little dusty. A few party drinks – too many this weekend. But (I) thought, “You know what? Let’s take this for you and cancel it buddy! Better make the demons sweat. So we did a 15-minute warm-up on the treadmill, a large crossfit circuit, a ball slam, lunges, sit-down, rotation work, barcode, pull-ups, push-ups. Now I feel 100%. Back to normal. Movement creates motivation ”

Chris Hemsworth then described the workout routine he followed. He then expressed his satisfaction at returning to normal with the feeling of being one hundred percent again. The 38-year-old’s training included a 15 minute treadmill warm-up, a CrossFit circuit, ball slams, lunges, sit-throughs, sprint works, bear crawls, chin-ups and push-ups.

In the legend, Chris Hemsworth advised his supporters to embrace physical training and training in their lives not only for general fitness, but also to improve every aspect of their life. The caption of Chris Hemsworth’s post read:

Chris Hemsworth’s upcoming films

Chris Hemsworth is currently preparing for several roles that will require him to undergo numerous body transformations and show new wrinkles in his acting. Australian actor to return in Netflix movie sequel Extraction as Tyler Rake, the black market mercenary. Additionally, the final installment in the Mad Max series will be a prequel centered around Imperator Furiosa – the character popularized by Charlize Theron in the 2015 film Mad Max: Fury Road. Chris Hemsworth will play a leading role in the film. However, it is not known if the main character, Max Rockatansky, will appear in the film.

Thor, however, will likely undergo the most difficult body transformation of his career in the Hulk Hogan biopic. While there are no official reports, there are rumors that the Australian actor will play the legendary wrestler in the Netflix biopic.
